Natasha Gelfand (ngelfand) > Nandi hills are two 800 meter granite domes about 60 km north of Bangalore. It is a popular weekend retreat for Bangaloreans.
Natasha Gelfand (ngelfand) > Being white, Kostadis and I are a bit of an attraction. Lots of people stare, especially the kids. When people stare at me, I take their picture in return.
Natasha Gelfand (ngelfand) > View from the top of the hill. One side has a sheer 800 meter cliff called "Tipu's Drop". Supposedly, Tipu Sultan had a summer retreat here, and used to fling the people he didn't like down the drop.
